AI agents for sales teams
We build AI agents for sales teams in B2B companies: account research before the first call, lead qualification and routing, call notes that reach the CRM and answers reps can use in a deal. The agents prepare and draft, and your reps decide what a prospect receives.
Where the work gets stuck.
Research before every call
Reps read the prospect's website, LinkedIn profile and old CRM notes before each first call. It is the same hour of work, repeated for every new deal.
Leads waiting in a queue
Inbound form fills sit in a shared view until someone checks the company, the fit and the territory. The best leads have often spoken to a competitor by the time a rep replies.
A CRM nobody trusts
Call notes stay in notebooks, next steps go missing and duplicate contacts pile up. Forecasts rest on deal stages that were last updated weeks ago.
How we improve sales teams.
Each one is scoped around your systems and rules, and each one keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Account research briefs
Before a first call, an agent reads the CRM history, the company's website, annual report and recent news, and writes a one-page brief into the HubSpot or Salesforce deal. Every point links to its source, so the rep can check it in seconds.
Inbound lead qualification and routing
Form fills and meeting requests are enriched with company data, scored against your ideal customer profile and routed to the right rep by territory and segment. Sales ops set the scoring rules, and leads the system is unsure about go to a person.
Call notes into the CRM
Transcripts from Gong, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet become a call summary, next steps and suggested updates to fields such as stage, stakeholders and close date. The rep confirms the updates and edits the follow-up email the agent drafted before sending it.
Pipeline data for forecasting
CRM, billing and product usage data land in one warehouse, and deals with passed close dates, missing next steps or no recent activity are flagged. Sales managers review the list before the forecast call and decide what changes.
Sales enablement assistant
Reps ask about product details, pricing rules, competitors and customer stories in Slack or Teams, and get answers from your approved enablement material with the source linked. Questions it cannot answer go to the product marketing owner, and their reply becomes new content.
RFP and security questionnaire drafts
Requests for proposal and security questionnaires get a first draft from your library of approved answers, with a citation for each answer. Sales engineers and security staff review every answer before it goes to the prospect.
Built around the rules.
What we design for from the first week. Your legal and compliance people keep the final word.
GDPR for B2B prospecting
Researching and contacting business contacts usually relies on legitimate interest, which needs a documented assessment, information for the prospect about where their details came from and an easy way to object. The agents we build log the source of each data point and check suppression lists before they draft anything.
Dutch rules for cold email and calls
Under the Telecommunicatiewet, commercial email to individuals, including sole traders, needs prior consent or an existing customer relationship, and email to companies must go to addresses they published for that purpose, with an unsubscribe link. Calls to consumers have needed consent or a customer relationship since July 2021. We encode the rules your legal team sets per country and channel.
EU AI Act transparency
Since 2 August 2026, people must be told when they interact with an AI system, such as a chat assistant on your site or an agent that replies to leads. Any assistant we build that talks to prospects says it is AI and offers a route to a person.
LinkedIn and data provider terms
LinkedIn's user agreement prohibits scraping and automated activity on its site. Research agents use licensed data providers, official APIs and public company sources, and Sales Navigator stays a tool your reps use themselves.
Works with what you run.
If a system has an API, a database, an export or an inbox, we can build on it. These are the ones we meet most.

Where to start.
Account research for one sales team
We connect to HubSpot or Salesforce and write a research brief into every new deal for one team or segment, using sources your sales and legal leads agree on. Reps rate each brief, and we extend the work to lead qualification or call notes once the ratings support it.
Talk it throughWhat it includes
- CRM connection with read and note access
- Agreed research sources and brief template
- Source links and suppression list checks
- Rep ratings and a weekly quality review

Common questions.
Yes, as drafts. The agent writes from the account brief and your messaging, and the rep edits and sends each email from their own mailbox or a sequence in Outreach or Apollo. A person stays responsible for every message a prospect receives.
It can be, when you rely on legitimate interest and document the assessment. Prospects must be told where you got their details, objections must be honoured straight away and research should be limited to business information relevant to the deal. We build source logging and suppression lists into the agent, and your legal adviser signs off on the approach.
Yes, through their APIs, and with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Research briefs, call summaries and suggested field updates land in the deal record, where your reps already work.
Very little. Briefs appear in the deal before the call, suggested updates wait in the CRM for a rep to confirm, and the enablement assistant sits in Slack or Teams. We shape each step with a few reps in the first weeks.
