AI automation for marketing agencies
We build AI automation for marketing agencies, creative studios and digital agencies: first drafts from client briefs, client reporting across ad platforms, search across past work and cleaner time and budget data. Strategists, creatives and account managers approve everything that reaches a client.
Where the work gets stuck.
Hours that never reach an invoice
Reporting, status updates, resizing and first drafts fill the week, and much of that work sits outside the retainer. Margins shrink on the accounts that look busiest.
Past work nobody can find
The right reference campaign or pitch slide exists somewhere in Google Drive, Figma or an old Asana project. Teams rebuild it because searching takes longer.
Clients asking about AI
Clients want to know how AI speeds up their work and whether it touches their data. Some ask their agency to build AI tools for them as well.
How we improve marketing and creative agencies.
Each one is scoped around your systems and rules, and each one keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.
Brief to first draft
An agent reads the client brief with that client's brand guidelines and past approved work, then drafts copy, content calendars or ad variants in your templates. Strategists and creatives edit the draft, and brand material stays separate per client.
Client reporting across platforms
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and GA4 data for each client flow into one warehouse and a report template your team designed. Commentary is drafted from the figures, and the account manager edits it before the report goes to the client.
Search across past work
Teams search campaigns, pitch decks, case studies and strategy documents across Google Drive, SharePoint and Asana by meaning, and see the file and project behind each result. Work under an NDA is visible only to the people on that account.
Pitch and proposal assistant
The assistant reads an RFP or pitch brief, finds matching credentials, team bios and case studies and drafts the proposal in your template. The new business lead shapes the idea and approves every submission.
Time, budget and resourcing data
Hours from Harvest or Simplicate are matched to retainers and project budgets in Asana or Monday.com, with an alert when an account runs over scope. Missing timesheets get a reminder, and managers decide what to bill or raise with the client.
AI tools for your clients
Assistants that answer from a client's brand guidelines or product information, and content workflows the client's own team can use. We build them behind your team, and you deliver them under your agency's name.
Built around the rules.
What we design for from the first week. Your legal and compliance people keep the final word.
Client data and processor chains
When you handle a client's customer lists, ad audiences or CRM data, you are usually their processor, which makes us your sub-processor. We sign a processing agreement, keep each client's data separate and use model providers that do not train on your inputs.
IP and AI clauses in client contracts
Client contracts usually transfer the rights in delivered work, and some now restrict AI use or require approval for it. Purely machine-generated elements may have little copyright protection in the EU, so we record the human contribution and let you switch AI steps off per client.
EU AI Act transparency in client work
Since 2 August 2026, synthetic images, audio and video that could pass as real must be labelled, and chat assistants must say they are AI. Workflows we build keep those labels attached through to delivery, so you and your client can meet the rules.
Advertising codes and platform policies
Campaigns must follow the Nederlandse Reclame Code, ACM rules on misleading practices and the ad policies of Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Generated ad variants use claims the client approved, and a person checks them before upload.
Works with what you run.
If a system has an API, a database, an export or an inbox, we can build on it. These are the ones we meet most.

Client reporting for a group of retainers
We connect the ad platforms and GA4 for a small group of retainer clients, build the report in your template and draft the commentary. Account managers compare it with their current reports for a few cycles before the rest of the client list moves over.

Common questions.
Yes. We build assistants, automations and custom apps under your agency's name, and your team keeps the client relationship. Our partners page explains contracts, ownership and how white-label delivery works.
No. We use model providers on business terms that exclude training on your inputs, keep each client's data and brand material separate and can host in EU regions.
Check each client contract first, since some now require notice or approval. We make AI steps visible per client, log where they were used and can switch them off for accounts that do not allow AI.
The ones you already run: Asana, Monday.com, Harvest, Simplicate, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack and Figma, plus the ad platforms and GA4. Where a tool has no usable API, we tell you early and plan around it.
