How we work.
A small, senior team
Everyone here has shipped production software before. You get ownership of real parts of a project from the first week, with colleagues who give honest, useful feedback.
We ship to production
What we build goes live and gets used. We deploy early, monitor what happens and keep improving the systems we run for clients.
AI in our own delivery
We work with coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex every day. A person reviews every change, every release runs through evals, and the engineer who ships it stays accountable for it.
Direct contact with clients
Engineers talk to the people they build for. You hear the problem first hand, agree the approach together and see the result in use.

Hardware and tooling budget
A laptop and setup of your choice, plus access to the models, coding agents and tools you need to do good work.
Time to learn
Regular time for courses, conferences, reading and trying out new models and frameworks.
Flexible hours
We agree on outcomes and a few fixed moments together. How you plan the rest of your week is up to you.
Hybrid in Groningen
We work from our office in Groningen on shared days and from home on the others.
Room to grow
As the team grows, you can take on more responsibility for architecture, client relationships or mentoring.
How hiring works.

Intro call
A short call to get to know each other, talk about what you are looking for and answer your questions. We reply to every application, whatever the outcome.

Practical conversation
We talk through real work: a system you built, a problem we recently solved or a small piece of code. No puzzles or whiteboard riddles.

Meet the team
You spend time with the people you would work with, see how we run projects and get a feel for the day to day.

Offer
If it is a good fit on both sides, we make a clear written offer and agree a start date that works for you.
