As a GTM Engineer you build the systems that bring new partners and clients to Vantion Labs each month. You work directly with the founder to turn our go-to-market plans into working automation: outbound sequences, inbound handling, enrichment, lead routing and the reporting that shows which channels and messages are working.
This is an engineering role. You write code, connect APIs, keep HubSpot data clean and use AI to research accounts and route leads to the right person. You apply the same standards as our delivery team, so the workflows you build are tested, monitored and easy for others to understand.
What you will do
- Build and maintain outbound and inbound automation across our tools
- Own the structure and quality of our CRM data in HubSpot
- Build AI workflows for account research, enrichment and lead scoring
- Route leads and partner enquiries to the right person at the right time
- Set up tracking and dashboards for pipeline and channel performance
- Work with the founder on partner and client acquisition experiments
What you bring
- Several years in a technical role such as software engineering, marketing operations or revenue operations
- Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Experience building automations with n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code
- Comfort working with data in SQL or spreadsheets to answer real questions
- Clear written English, and interest in how B2B buying decisions get made
Nice to have
- Experience using language models for enrichment or classification
- Experience with B2B outbound in agency or services businesses
- Experience with product and web analytics tools
- Dutch, for outreach in the Netherlands and Belgium
