As a DevOps Engineer you make sure everything we build runs well once it goes live. You set up and look after the infrastructure for client projects across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and simpler hosts, and you shape the shared foundations, templates and pipelines that every new project starts from on day one.

AI systems bring their own questions: where models are hosted, how data stays in Europe, how evals gate a release and what each request costs. You answer those with infrastructure as code, sensible defaults and good monitoring, and you help the rest of the team deploy often and with confidence.

What you will do

  • Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform
  • Build CI/CD pipelines with tests and eval gates on every change
  • Set up logging, tracing, alerting and dashboards for production systems
  • Deploy and operate self-hosted open models where clients need them
  • Apply security practices around secrets, access, backups and data residency
  • Track and reduce infrastructure and model costs
  • Support engineers during releases and incidents

What you bring

  • Several years running production infrastructure on at least one major cloud
  • Solid experience with Docker and infrastructure as code
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Practical knowledge of monitoring, logging and incident response
  • A security-minded approach to access, secrets and networking
  • Clear written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes in production
  • Experience serving models with vLLM or similar tools
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data residency requirements
  • Scripting experience in Python or Go
