A single fleet view combining telematics, maintenance, damage and charging data per vehicle, with alerts for service due dates and unusual use. Fleet managers decide on replacements and repairs from one screen.
Traffic fines and damage intake
Fines from the CJIB, damage forms and repair quotes are read, matched to the driver and contract at that date, and prepared for re-invoicing or approval. Administrators check each match before anything is charged.
Charge point operations back office
An OCPP and OCPI back office that tracks charger health, sessions and roaming settlements, and groups faults into tickets for field engineers. Engineers choose the fix, and the system logs what was done.
Disruption answers for passenger service
Service desk staff get drafted answers built from live GTFS and SIRI feeds, planned diversions and fare rules, in Dutch and English. Agents review before sending, and questions about refunds or complaints stay with a person.
Driver and planner voice line
A voice agent that answers routine calls from drivers about roster changes, vehicle swaps and depot instructions, reading from the planning system. Anything involving safety, incidents or deviations goes straight to the dispatcher on duty.
Ridership and fleet data pipeline
Check-in, punctuality and vehicle data combined in one data model for concession reporting and planning. Planners test timetable changes against measured demand.

Location data under GDPR
Vehicle location often identifies a driver. We limit retention and access, separate business from private trips where needed, and support the works council consent that monitoring systems require in the Netherlands.
European Accessibility Act
Passenger transport websites, apps, ticketing and travel information fall under the EAA. We build to WCAG criteria and test with screen readers from the first release.
AFIR for charging infrastructure
The Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation sets rules for ad hoc payment, price display and data availability at public charge points. Back-office software we build keeps those data points accurate and exposed.
Tachograph and driving time rules
For bus and truck fleets, roster and planning tools respect EU driving and rest time rules, and planners see conflicts before a duty is published.

Common questions.
Yes. Both offer APIs for positions, trips, driver behaviour and diagnostics. We pull that data into your own database so it can be combined with maintenance, damage and contract records.
Field apps we build store work orders, checklists and photos on the device and sync when a connection returns. We test with airplane mode and poor coverage before release.
Usually, yes. If your CPMS exposes OCPI or an API, we add tools around it. If it limits you, we can build an OCPP back office you own, and we compare both routes first.
