Voice AI agents for business
We build voice agents that answer calls, collect the right details, book appointments and resolve simple questions around the clock. When a caller needs a person, the agent transfers the call with a summary so nobody has to repeat themselves.
What it is and when it fits.
A voice agent combines speech recognition, a language model and speech synthesis in a real-time loop, connected to your telephony and back-office systems. It can identify callers, check availability, take structured intake details and update your records during the call. We design the conversation flow, the handover rules and the fallbacks together with the people who take these calls today.
Voice agents work well for high-volume, predictable calls: appointment booking, order status, first-line triage and after-hours intake. They are a weaker fit for emotionally sensitive conversations, complex negotiations or callers who expect a specific person. In those cases we keep the agent to routing and note-taking, with people doing the talking.
What we build.
Inbound call agents
Agents that answer your phone line, understand the reason for the call and resolve or route it within seconds.
Scheduling and booking
Live calendar checks, bookings, reschedules and confirmations written straight into your planning or practice system.
Structured intake
Guided conversations that collect the details your team needs and save them as a clean record, ready for follow-up.
Warm handover
Transfers to the right person or queue with a written summary, triggered by caller request, uncertainty or topic.
Web voice assistants
Voice interfaces embedded in your website or app, using the same logic and tools as the phone agent.
Call review and analytics
Transcripts, outcomes and handover reasons per call, with flagged conversations queued for human review.
How it works.
- 01
Listen to real calls
We review call recordings or logs to find the call types that are frequent, predictable and worth handling first.
- 02
Design the conversation
We script flows, handover rules and failure paths, then test them with recorded and simulated calls, including accents and background noise.
- 03
Go live on part of the traffic
The agent takes after-hours calls or one call type first, with every conversation reviewed until quality is consistent.
- 04
Monitor and expand
We track latency, resolution and handover rates and add call types as the agent proves itself on the current ones.

Common questions.
Current speech models sound close to human, and response times are short enough for normal conversation. We choose voices per language and tune pauses and interruptions, and we always tell callers they are speaking with an AI assistant.
In most cases, yes. We connect through SIP trunks or telephony providers, so the agent can sit on an existing number, answer overflow calls or take only certain menu options.
We agree upfront what is recorded, transcribed and stored, for how long and where. Callers are informed, transcripts can be redacted, and processing can run on EU infrastructure.
It asks once more in a different way, and if that fails it transfers the call or takes a callback request. Every failed understanding is logged and reviewed so the flow gets better over time.
