Software and AI for warehouse operations

We build warehouse automation software for 3PLs, fulfilment centres and distribution centres: the integrations, tools and agents that sit around your WMS. Orders, ASNs and client data arrive clean, and your shift leads plan with numbers they trust.

Where the work gets stuck.

  • Every new client is an integration project

A new 3PL customer brings its own webshop, ERP or marketplace feed. Mapping orders, stock and returns into the WMS takes weeks of IT time before the first pallet ships.

  • Inbound paperwork does not match what arrives

ASNs are missing or wrong, packing lists come as scanned PDFs and receiving teams reconcile quantities by hand at the dock door.

  • Labour planning runs on spreadsheets

Order forecasts from clients are late or optimistic, so shift planning happens in Excel the day before, with temporary staff booked on instinct.

How we improve warehousing.

Each one is scoped around your systems and rules, and each one keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

  • Client onboarding integrations

Reusable connectors for Shopify, Magento, bol.com, Amazon and common ERPs, mapped to your WMS through one integration layer. New clients go live on configuration work, and your IT team reviews each mapping before it runs.

    Built as API integrations

  • Inbound document matching

Packing lists, delivery notes and supplier ASNs are read and matched against purchase orders, with differences shown to the receiving lead before goods are booked in. Discrepancies go to the client with the evidence attached.

    Built as document processing

  • Labour and volume planning tool

An internal planning tool that combines WMS history, client forecasts and seasonal patterns into an expected workload per shift and zone. Shift leads adjust the plan and book staff from it.

    Built as internal tools

  • Client and carrier service inbox

Questions about stock levels, order status and returns are answered from live WMS data, with drafts placed in the shared inbox for account managers to check. Damage claims and billing disputes always go to a person.

    Built as customer operations agents

  • Operational data pipeline

Pick, pack and dock events from the WMS, scanners and automation equipment land in one warehouse data model for billing, client reporting and KPIs. Finance invoices storage and handling from the same numbers operations sees.

    Built as data pipelines

Built around the rules.

What we design for from the first week. Your legal and compliance people keep the final word.

  • Customs warehousing under the Union Customs Code

For bonded and customs warehouses, stock movements keep the audit trail customs expects, and automation never changes a customs status without a person confirming.

  • Dangerous goods storage (PGS 15 and ADR)

Hazardous items keep their classification through every integration, and location and segregation rules stay enforced in the WMS itself.

  • GDPR and workforce monitoring

Productivity data about staff is personal data. We design reports around aggregates where possible and support the works council consent that tracking tools usually need in the Netherlands.

  • Client security audits

Retail and pharma clients ask for evidence of access control and data separation between customers. We build to ISO 27001-aligned practices and document it for those audits.

Works with what you run.

If a system has an API, a database, an export or an inbox, we can build on it. These are the ones we meet most.

Where to start.

A reusable connector for your most common client platform

Most 3PLs onboard the same few webshop and marketplace platforms again and again. We build one connector properly, with monitoring and a mapping screen, and use it on your next client onboarding.

Talk it through

What it includes

  • Order, stock and returns sync with your WMS
  • Per-client field mapping without code changes
  • Error queue and alerts for failed messages
  • Handover documentation for your IT team
