AI services for MSPs and IT providers

We build AI for MSPs, system integrators and IT service providers in two ways: automation for your own service desk and operations, and AI projects delivered white-label for your clients. You keep the client relationship, and we bring the engineering behind it.

Where the work gets stuck.

  • Tickets that all start the same way

Password resets, licence requests, new starters and printer issues arrive by email and phone, and each needs triage, lookups in Microsoft 365 and a note in the PSA. Engineers start the day sorting.

  • Clients asking about AI

Clients ask their IT partner about Copilot, chatbots and automation, and expect an answer. Without AI engineering in-house, the question goes to another supplier, and the relationship can follow.

  • Documentation that lags behind

Client environments change every week, and runbooks in IT Glue or SharePoint fall behind. Engineers solve the same problem twice because the fix was never written down.

How we improve IT services.

Each one is scoped around your systems and rules, and each one keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

  • Ticket triage and enrichment

Incoming tickets in ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA are classified, linked to the right client, device and contract, and enriched with recent incidents. Engineers pick up tickets that already explain what is going on.

    Built as customer operations agents

  • Routine request automation

New starters, leavers, licence changes and group memberships in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune are prepared from a request and executed after approval by an engineer or the client's contact. Every step is logged against the ticket.

    Built as agentic workflows

  • Engineer knowledge assistant

Engineers ask about a client's environment and get answers from runbooks, past tickets and documentation, per client and within their access rights. Fixes from closed tickets are proposed as new knowledge articles for review.

    Built as internal copilots

  • White-label assistants for your clients

Knowledge assistants over a client's SharePoint, file shares and line-of-business systems, delivered under your brand with your team as the contact. You set the commercial terms, and we build, test and support behind you.

    Built as custom RAG

  • AI readiness assessments for clients

A structured review of a client's data, Microsoft 365 permissions, processes and risks before they roll out Copilot or custom AI. You deliver the report and a prioritised plan to the client.

    Built as AI readiness assessment

  • Reporting from PSA and RMM data

Contract, ticket and device data from your PSA and RMM combined into client reports and profitability per contract. Account managers go into quarterly reviews with the facts.

    Built as data pipelines

Built around the rules.

What we design for from the first week. Your legal and compliance people keep the final word.

  • NIS2 and the Cyberbeveiligingswet

Managed service providers and managed security service providers are in scope of NIS2, which the Netherlands implements through the Cyberbeveiligingswet from 15 August 2026. Automations we build use least-privilege credentials, log every action and fit your incident and supply chain processes.

  • Access to client tenants

An automation acting in a client's Microsoft 365 tenant holds powerful permissions. We use scoped app registrations, approval steps for privileged changes and separate credentials and logs per client.

  • GDPR and processor chains

You are usually a processor for your clients, which makes us your sub-processor. We sign a processing agreement, keep data in EU regions and supply the information your own client agreements require.

  • Client security questionnaires

Your clients will ask how AI features handle their data. We provide architecture and data flow documentation you can reuse in questionnaires based on ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

Works with what you run.

If a system has an API, a database, an export or an inbox, we can build on it. These are the ones we meet most.

Where to start.

Ticket triage on your PSA

We connect to ConnectWise, Autotask or HaloPSA and start by classifying and enriching new tickets for one service team, writing suggestions as internal notes. Engineers rate the suggestions, and routing is automated once the results support it.

Talk it through

What it includes

  • PSA connector with read and internal note access
  • Classification with client and asset matching
  • Enrichment from Microsoft 365 and past tickets
  • Accuracy reporting per category
