AI and software for consumer brands

We build AI for consumer brands that sell through their own webshop, marketplaces and retail partners: product content for every channel, sell-out data from retailer portals in one place and service for D2C customers. Brand and regulatory teams approve every claim before it reaches a shelf or a screen.

Where the work gets stuck.

  • Content for every retailer's template

Each retailer and marketplace wants product content in its own format, image specification and attribute list. Brand teams rewrite the same product many times and still see listings rejected.

  • Sell-out data scattered across portals

Sales and stock data sits in retailer supplier portals, NielsenIQ reports, Amazon and your own Shopify store. Commercial teams download and merge it by hand before every business review.

  • Claims that need checking

Ingredients, nutrition, sustainability and safety wording must be correct and consistent in every market. One outdated claim on a retailer site becomes a compliance issue.

How we improve consumer brands.

Each one is scoped around your systems and rules, and each one keeps a person in charge of the decisions that matter.

  • Channel content generation

Master data from Akeneo or Salsify becomes titles, bullets and descriptions for each retailer and language, within each channel's rules. Brand managers approve content per product before it is syndicated.

    Built as agentic workflows

  • Claims and label checking

New and existing content is checked against your approved claims library, ingredient data and packaging text, and deviations are flagged with the source. Regulatory staff decide what may be published.

    Built as custom RAG

  • Retailer sell-out data pipeline

Sales, stock and promotion data from retailer portals, marketplaces and your D2C shop is collected, cleaned and mapped to your own article codes in one warehouse. Account teams prepare business reviews from a single dashboard.

    Built as data pipelines

  • D2C customer service agent

Questions about orders, subscriptions, ingredients and product use are answered from Shopify order data and your product knowledge, in the brand's tone. Complaints about product safety or health always go to a person.

    Built as customer operations agents

  • Product knowledge assistant for staff

Sales, service and marketing staff ask about specifications, certifications and launch dates and get answers from the PIM, spec sheets and briefs. Each answer shows its source, so outdated documents are easy to spot.

    Built as internal copilots

  • Subscription and loyalty apps

Subscription portals, loyalty programmes and product registration apps that give the brand a direct relationship with its customers. They build on the Shopify and Klaviyo data you already own.

Built as web and mobile apps

Built around the rules.

What we design for from the first week. Your legal and compliance people keep the final word.

  • General Product Safety Regulation

Since December 2024, online listings for consumer products must show manufacturer details, product identification and safety warnings. Content workflows we build carry those fields to every channel and flag listings where they are missing.

  • Green claims

The EU directive on consumers in the green transition bans generic environmental claims without recognised proof, applying from September 2026. Generated content is limited to claims in your approved library.

  • Food and cosmetics claims

Nutrition and health claims for food and claims for cosmetics follow their own EU regulations. We encode the rules your regulatory team sets and keep a person approving claims content.

  • Reviews and D2C marketing data

If you display or summarise reviews, you must say whether and how they are verified, and D2C marketing data in Klaviyo needs valid consent. We design review features and personalisation around both.

Works with what you run.

If a system has an API, a database, an export or an inbox, we can build on it. These are the ones we meet most.

Where to start.

Content for one retail channel

We pick one product range and one retailer or marketplace with strict content requirements, and generate listing content from your PIM with checks against the claims library. The brand team compares the output with current listings before anything is syndicated.

Talk it through
